Mortgage Matters
  All States
We filed a complaint with our lender handling our home mortgage loan. Just how long do we have to wait for a response and action on our problem?

If you followed the notification rules regarding mortgage complaints, the lender has to answer within 20 business days of its receipt. Within 60 days, the lender must "correct or clarify" the problem.
