Real Estate Law - Buy Sell A Home - General Questions

Can a listing agent continue to show a home to prospective buyers even after the home was under contract with mortgage approval and closing had been set?
Agents typically will show homes that are under contract in case the contract should fall through. This is especially true if there are concerns about the buyer being able to secure a mortgage.

This is a matter of what the listing agreement says, so read the agreement carefully. If there is nothing in the listing agreement or other contract to this effect, such showing would require seller's consent which may be withheld.
