Yes. Both odor and dust are problem areas for farmers/ranchers. However, agricultural activities usually are not the source of complaints. If they are, the complaint would normally be filed under state clean air statutes, not federal. This may change, as the Environmental Protection Agency has recently made the CAA more stringent and this could envelope farming as a source of pollution. Odor from dead animal carcasses, especially during cremation, can be a possible source of complaints.
